Transparency

Based on resolution 444/2019/R/RIF - TITR (Provisions on transparency in the urban and similar waste management service) and resolution 15/2022/R/RIF - TQRIF (Consolidation act for the regulation of urban service management service quality), the company that manages the collection, transport, sweeping and road washing activities is required, within the limits of what is established in paragraph 2.2, to prepare and keep updated a specific section of its website, easily accessible from the home page, which presents minimum informative content, organized in such a way as to favor the clear identification by users of the information inherent to the territorial area in which they are located, as well as the comprehensibility of the same information.


Annex "A", resolution 444/2019 - integrated version with amendments made with resolution 15/2022.

Art. 3 Paragraph a) - The section must include the business name of the company that provides the integrated municipal waste management service, or of the company who carries out the activities of rate management and relationship with users, of the company that provides collection and transport services and of the company that provides road sweeping and washing services, if these activities are carried out by separate companies. Art. 3 paragraph b) and c) - Contacts - Reports of disruptions, reservations of the pick-up service on call, requests for repair of equipment for home collection. Reach the "How can we help you?" section on the homepage of the main portal and on the sites of each served municipality:
Article 3, paragraphs b) and c) - Physical information desks. Contact details and hours of the online and physical information desks. Visit the “Do you want to contact our operators?” section in the home of each municipality served by Monteco S.p.A.
Service calendar - Municipal waste collection. Art. 3 paragraphs d) and i) - Municipal waste collection, current calendar and hours of municipal waste collection, with reference to all collection methods available to the users, including collection centers and excluding any collection methods for which planning is not possible. Art. 3 paragraph h) - Percentage of separate collection achieved in the municipality or in the area where the user is located, with reference to the three calendar years preceding the current one. Go to the "RD Observatory" section on the main page of the municipalities served and in the "Archives" section.
Art. 3 paragraph g) - Quality charter of the integrated municipal waste management service referred to in art. 5 of the TQRIF. Reach the “Municipality information” section, click on “Useful information” and finally click on “Service charter”.
